Our company is focusing on the design and
development process. The product engineers
work with computer-aid-design software when
they start with the new development projects.
The company has obtained the original 3D
engineering software like SolidWorks,
Unigraphic NX5, AutoCad, and Photopia.
Other than this, we have lighting engineers
who can provide a lighting solution for the
customers whenever needed. Thanks to
nowadays technology, software like Dialux is
very useful for this application.
The electrical components assembled inside the
luminaires such as control gears, lamp holders,
terminal blocks, internal wires are selected from
world’s leading manufactures, for example;
Vossloh Schwabe, Tridonic, Helvar, Osram,
Philips, BAG, AAG Stucchi, CET Electric, LAPP
KABEL, ADELS and etc. They have obtained
the European safety and quality marks like VDE,
IMQ, KEMA, ENEC etc.
Many of our products are tested at UL DEMKO
laboratory in Denmark according to the
international safety and quality standard
(IEC-60598) and tested for IP rating (protection
against dust and water). The products are also
tested for electromagnetic compatability (EMC)
to ensure that they are complied with the related
regulation. At this moment we are applying for
VDE mark for all the products in the Outdoor
range and we expect to get the VDE mark in
2010. We periodically test our material parts at
the 3rd party laboratory to ensure that they are
in compliance with ROHS directive.
