LED LUMINAIRES 2009 - 2010 - Firalux

We have an in-house products
evaluation laboratory at the factory. It
consists of goniophotometer machine,
dust test chamber, water jet chamber,
submersion tank, temperature test
chamber and coming soon the impact
test equipment.
Some of the products such as the
underwater luminiares and the
in-ground uplighters are highly
concerned with the safety issue.
So we have carried out a 100% in-line
testing on these luminaires to see if
there is any leakage on the body.
Before the luminaire can be packed
into the box for sales, all of them have
been tested at the end of the
production line. The testing standard
carries out according to VDE practices
which include the functional test, the
insulation test, the earth connection
test and the dielectric strength test.
Because we only have one world to
live in, protecting it from waste and
pollution for the next generation is
everyone’s duty. At the factory we
have a substantial waste water
treatment facility. The chemical
substances that we use in the
pretreatment line are free from
hazardous heavy- metal substances.
We are now applying for ISO 14001.
