the spray gun at high pressure. This environmentally friendly and economical spraying method is ideal, especially when
it under high pressure to the Airless spray gun. A specially formed spray tip provides for very fine and airless atomization
and guarantees high coating thickness in one pass. You can use materials of high viscosity and therefore save a lot of
solvent. Due to its pneumatic operation, the whole system is explosion-proof
is transferred to the spray gun under high pressure (although only up to max. 250 bar). Due to the regulated supply
of compressed air to the spray jet, it produces a soft and controllable stream with minimal overspray.
HOTFLOW spraying technique
up to 450 bar
A flow heater heats up the paint to the desired temperature. The use of solvents in order to change the viscosity is ther
Pressure conversion
The pressure conversion shows in which ratio the fluid pump transforms the incoming air pressure to hydraulic pressure.
The hydraulic pressure is responsible for the transport of the fluid to the spray gun. For example, a fluid pump with a
pressure conversion ratio of 33:1 generates up to max. 264 bar out of 8 bar incoming pressure.
