ARTICULO 1º.- RECHÁZASE el recurso jerárquico en subsidio interpuesto mediante<br />
expte. Nº 4220-M-07 por el Sr. Eduardo Manuel Maza, en contra <strong>de</strong> la Resolución<br />
N° 4314 <strong>de</strong> fecha 23 <strong>de</strong> julio <strong>de</strong> 2007 emanada <strong>de</strong> la Secretaría <strong>de</strong> Gobierno<br />
y Relaciones Institucionales.<br />
