Fecha <strong>de</strong> Publicaciòn 1 <strong>de</strong> noviembre <strong>de</strong> 2007<br />
ARTICULO 1º.- APRUEBASE la celebración <strong>de</strong> los convenios con las Asociaciones<br />
Vecinales: Bº Peirano, Tiro Fe<strong>de</strong>ral, Pueblo Nuevo y 11 <strong>de</strong> noviembre, para la<br />
prestación <strong>de</strong>l servicio <strong>de</strong> Capacitación en Oficios para los vecinos <strong>de</strong>l sector,<br />
abonándoseles a cada una por los servicios la suma total establecidas en el Anexo I<br />
que acompaña a la presente, con las modalida<strong>de</strong>s y particularida<strong>de</strong>s establecidas en<br />
cada convenio.<br />
ARTICULO 2º.- Encomiéndase a la Secretaría <strong>de</strong> Gobierno y Relaciones Institucionales<br />
la elaboración y firma <strong>de</strong>l convenio respectivo con la modalidad y los términos que<br />
la misma establezca.<br />
ARTICULO 3º.- Las erogaciones que <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong> el cumplimiento <strong>de</strong>l presente se imputarán<br />
a la partida 3-4-5-5-510-01 <strong>de</strong>l Presupuesto <strong>de</strong> Gastos 2007.<br />
ARTICULO 4º.- Remítanse al Tribunal <strong>de</strong> Cuentas a efectos <strong>de</strong> dar cumplimiento a lo<br />
dispuesto por el artículo 100 º inc. 2 <strong>de</strong> la Carta Orgánica Municipal.<br />
ARTICULO 5º.- Protocolícese, comuníquese, notifíquese, tómese razón por las reparticiones<br />
correspondientes, dése al R.M. y archívese.<br />

DECRETO Nº 3547/2007<br />
29 <strong>de</strong> octubre <strong>de</strong> 2007<br />
ARTICULO 1º.- OTÓRGASE al señor Roberto González, L.E. 7824.214 un subsidio<br />
por la suma <strong>de</strong> Pesos Trescientos Cincuenta ($350.-) <strong>de</strong>stinados a abonar la <strong>de</strong>uda<br />
que mantiene con la empresa Zambroni Hnos. por la ejecución <strong>de</strong> conexión domiciliaria<br />
<strong>de</strong> gas natural. Dicho importe <strong>de</strong>berá ser <strong>de</strong>positado por el Municipio en la<br />
Cuenta Judicial Nº 55532/06 <strong>de</strong>l Banco <strong>de</strong> Córdoba, Sucursal Tribunales.<br />
ARTICULO 2º.- La erogación dispuesta en el artículo anterior se imputará en la partida<br />
5-2-1-2-203-01 <strong>de</strong>l Presupuesto <strong>de</strong> Gastos vigente.<br />
ARTICULO 3º.- Remítase al Tribunal <strong>de</strong> Cuentas a los fines <strong>de</strong> dar cumplimiento a lo<br />
dispuesto por el artículo 100º, inciso 2) <strong>de</strong> la Carta Orgánica Municipal.<br />
ARTICULO 4º.- Protocolícese, comuníquese, notifíquese, tómese razón por las reparticiones<br />
