Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola e l’ambiente<br />
Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola ha ricevuto il riconoscimento da parte dell’Unione Europea del<br />
progetto P.S.V. Life05 EnV/IT/00875 all’interno del progetto Life Ambiente.<br />
Il Polishing Sludge Valorisation di Cooperativa Ceramica<br />
d’Imola prevede la realizzazione di un processo ecologico<br />
per la valorizzazione dei reflui derivanti dalle lavorazioni<br />
dei materiali ceramici e affini, (marmi, graniti), grazie alla<br />
messa a punto di un innovativo processo di sinterizzazione<br />
reattiva. Oltre al recupero e alla valorizzazione di materie<br />
prime e seconde, ora stoccate a discarica, viene azzerato<br />
l’impatto ambientale dei processi di levigatura e di<br />
lavorazione dei materiali ceramici e la generazione di<br />
nuovi prodotti integralmente riciclabili.<br />

Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola has received recognition<br />
on behalf of the European Union which has chosen<br />
the P.S.V. Life05 EnV/IT/00875 project for the Life<br />
Ambiente project .<br />
The P.S.V. (Polishing Sludge Valorisation) of Cooperativa<br />
Ceramica d’Imola involves the creation of an ecological<br />
process for the utilization of the waste that derives<br />
from working the ceramic and similar materials<br />
(marble, granites) with the fine tuning of an innovative<br />
process that involves reactive sintering. Apart from the<br />
recovery and utilization of the primary and secondary<br />
material, which are currently stocked at the dump, this<br />
process involves zeroing the environmental impact of<br />
the processes that involve smoothening and working<br />
the ceramic material and the generation of new<br />
products that are entirely recyclable.<br />

Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola a reçu l’agrément de<br />
l’Union Européenne qui a choisi le projet<br />
Projet Life 05 EnV/IT/00875 Valorisation des boues de<br />
polissage au sein du projet Life Environnement.<br />
Le P.S.V. de Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola prévoit<br />
l’application d’un procédé écologique pour la valorisation<br />
des eaux usées dérivées des usinages des matériaux<br />
céramiques et similaires, (marbres, granits) comprenant<br />
la mise au point d’un procédé innovant de sintérisation<br />
réactive. Ce procédé prévoit non seulement le réemploi<br />
et la valorisation de matières premières et secondes,<br />
actuellement stockées à la déchetterie, mais aussi<br />
la suppression de l’impact sur l’environnement des<br />
processus de polissage et d’usinage des matières<br />
céramiques et la création de nouveaux produits<br />
intégralement recyclables.<br />

Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola hat von der Europäischen<br />
Union eine Auszeichnung erhalten, da ihr Projekt P.S.V.<br />
Life05 EnV/IT/00875 für das Projekt Life Umwelt<br />
gewählt wurde.<br />
Im Projekt P.S.V. (Polishing Sludge Valorisation) der<br />
Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola ist die Realisierung<br />
eines ökologischen Prozesses zur Aufwertung der<br />
nebenprodukte aus den Bearbeitungen von Keramik<br />
und ähnlichen Materialien (Marmor, Granit) durch die<br />
Entwicklung eines innovativen Prozesses der reaktiven<br />
Sinterung vorgesehen. Außer der Rückgewinnung und<br />
Aufwertung von Roh- und Sekundärmaterialien, die<br />
im Augenblick in Halden gelagert werden, beinhaltet<br />
dieser Prozess die Reduzierung des negativen Einflusses<br />
des Schleifens und der Verarbeitung von Keramik auf<br />
die Umwelt bis auf den nullpunkt, sowie die Erfindung<br />
neuer, vollständig wiederverwertbarer Produkte.<br />

Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola recibió el reconocimiento<br />
por parte de la Unión Europea que eligió el proyecto<br />
P.S.V. Life05 EnV/IT/00875 dentro del proyecto Life<br />
Ambiente.<br />
El Proyecto P.S.V. (Polishing Sludge Valorisation) de<br />
Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola contempla la realización<br />
de un proceso ecológico para la valorización de los<br />
líquidos residuales procedentes de las manufactures de<br />
los líquidos residuales procedentes de las manufactures<br />
de los materiales cerámicos y similares (mármoles,<br />
granitos) con la puesta a punto de un innovador proceso<br />
de sinterización reactiva. Dicho proceso contempla,<br />
además del reciclaje y de la valorización de las<br />
materias primas y segundas, hasta ahora almacenadas<br />
en vertedero, la anulación del impacto ambiental en<br />
los procesos de esmerilado y de manufactura de los<br />
materiales cerámicos, así como la generación de nuevos<br />
productos completamente reciclables.
