-Emmm…Andereño, nik uste dut, nire etxeko-lana etxean ahaztu
zaidala.
-Baina Maider! Zer gertatu zaizu gaur?Beste negatibo bat daukazu!
“Baina zer gertatzen ari da?” Pentsatu nuen.
Hurrengo bi orduetan ere oso gaizki nengoen. Gizarte kontrol
bat geneukan eta nik ez nuen gogoratu. Gero ingurunearen liburua
ahaztu zitzaidan etxean.
Txirrinak jo zuen eta patiora atera ginen baina ogitartekoa ez
zegoen nire motxila eta ez nuen dirua zerbait erosteko. “Baina
ze zori txarra!” Pentsatu nuen. Nire lagunak haserrek zeuden
nirekin orduan ni bakarrik nintzen patioan. Oso gose nintzen,
ez nuen ezer jan goizetik! Oso nekatua nengoen ere, korrika asko
egin nuelako!
Txirrinak jo zuen berriro eta eskolara sartu nintzen. Nire matematikaren
andereñoa sartu zen, aurkian eseri zen eta gero esan
zidan:
-Gaur kontrol sorpresa bat daukazue.
Kontrolak banatzen hasi zen.
Kontrola oso zaila zen eta oso gaizki egin nuen. Kontrola bukatu
eta gero gimnasia neukan. Oso nekatuta nengoen eta gainera korrika
egin behar genuen.”Baina zer gehiago gerta daiteke?”
Eskola bukatu eta gero eskola joan nintzen. Oso gose nintzen
baina nire ama azaroa eta makailua egin zituen bazkaltzeko. Ez
zait gustatzen azalorea ezta makailua ere eta ez nuen ezer jan.
Nire logelara joan nintzen etxeko-lana egitera baina …eeeeeeeez!
Koadernoa eskolan ahaztu zitzaidan. Bat-batean nire ama agertu
zen eta esan zidan:
-Dentistara joan behar duzu.Goazen!
-Ez,ez dut joan nahi dentistara!
Baina dentistara joan nintzen eta oreztapen bat jarri zidan haginean.
Gero haginako mina nuen eta ez nuen gogorik ezer jateko.
Afalorduan buruko mina nuen, orduan nire logelara joan nintzen
afaldu gabe. Egun hori oso txarra izan zen. Txistu bat entzun
nuen, “baina…zer? zer da hori…?” pentsatu nuen. Nire iratzargailua
zen! Dena loaldi bat zen! Oso pozik nengoen. Ohera
atera nintzen, nire soineko kuttuna eta garbia jantzi nuen eta
sukaldera joan nintzen Cola-Cao bat prestatzera. Gaileta bat jaten
ari nintzen eta bat-batean... Ay!...Cola-Caoa nire soinekoan
erori zen…
English
Is that a dream of a better world?
by Nawel Nacera Benkhelifa
I was in a city, in a very big city. I don’t remember where exactly,
I just remember the beauty of this place. It was so beautiful
that I could not remember it well. When I started to walk, I had
the luck of observing the amazing place I was in. The buildings
were as high as a spaceship and the grass was very green. There
were no clouds in the incredible sky. The beauty of the gardens
is impossible to describe. An atmosphere of peace and happiness
reigned in the place that game me a feeling of relax. I felt very
well, so much that I could not remember the last time I felt like
this. There was no war and peace was the most important thing
for people. The inhabitants of that curious place were quite polite
and nobody insulted each other. They respected all the plants
and animals and hunting was punished by severe punishments.
Pollution was an unknown idea for them and they did not emit
any toxic gases into the perfect atmosphere and the streets were
covered with perfect and very precious metals and stones. The
trees were made of sugar and the flowers with honey. It was a
paradise, maybe heaven. The enormous fountains of the roads
gave a little bit of spirituality and harmony to the place. But, do
you know the thing that I liked the most? The natural and normal
attitude that people acted with.
When somebody saw someone next to him, he said hello even if
they did not know them. That’s incredible, in real life nobody does
this. But the thing that kept my attention the most was politics.
What are we seeing nowadays in the news, in the newspapers
and television? The crisis, the arguments between politicians,
the economic situation in poor and wealthy countries… What are
we doing with our lives? As an important poet always says the
time is the coin of your life and only you can decide how to spend
it, don’t let other people spend it for you. Believe me, you can`t
pass your life killing people or doing nothing, you have to live as
well as you can. In this place, people didn’t argue about possessions.
In this place, if you hope to do or be something or someone
important in life, you have to sweat and work for the bread.
>There were no monarchies, no kings and no governments, and
the freedom of people was shown in their happy expressions and
illuminated faces. This was a paradise. I could hear the harmony
of the birdsong. I could see a beautiful place where everybody
was the same. We were all human beings and nobody, nobody
was treated better or worse for their differences. This was a paradise
like no other. Suddenly, something hit me on my head and
I woke up.
