Ponga la plantilla en el<br />
horno durante 1 minuto<br />
y 30 segundos.<br />

Introduzca el pie en la<br />

Incorpórese y ejerza presión<br />
con su peso corporal de manera<br />
equitativa en toda la superfi cie<br />
de las plantillas hasta que éstas<br />
alcancen la temperatura de<br />
su cuerpo.<br />
