Fuente: Departamento Nacional de Planeación y Cálculo de los Investigadores Durante el período analizado, 2000-2008, en el municipio de Quinchía el rubro del impuesto predial sufrio constantes cambios, haciendo que el recaudo de tal ingreso municipal fuera inestable ya que por ejemplo para el período 2001-2002 y 2004-2005 las Variaciones fueron de -6.15 y 1.43% respectivamente y para los períodos 2003-2004 y 2006-2007 22.05 y 24.71% respectivamente, esto nos demuestra que son muy inconstantes los ingresos por concepto de impuesto predial.
