ABSTRACT
In this work they presented the different items that compose the public
finance of a Territorial Entity in Colombia, there were in use two methods of
account analyses that were the vertical analysis and the horizontal analysis. By
means of these methods, both rates of growth and evolution were analyzed of
each one of the articles that compose Quinchía Risaralda's public accounts; of
equal way I study the contribution, the dependence, and the interrelationship
between these.
To the information used in the previous analyses, there carried out the
different models of Multicolinearity, Car correlation, and Heterocedasticidad.
Also there were in use the different indicators of the public finance, for
establishing the fiscal situation of the municipality, such indicators
