PERSONAS JURÍDICAS En cambio, las personas jurídicas que liquidan el Impuesto empleando igualmente la renta presunta dispuesta por el Art. 11 de la Ley, determinarán el tributo a pagar aplicando solamente la tasa general sobre la renta presunta. En estos casos, las tasas del 5% y del 15% previstas por los numerales 2) y 3) del Art. 20° de la Ley serán aplicables únicamente cuando se proceda a la distribución de dividendos o se realicen remesas al exterior, respectivamente, conforme a las citadas normas legales. 76
