A) V. anterógrada: antifúngicos sistémicos. FLUCONAZOL<br />
B) V. retrógrada: FLUCONAZOL.<br />
Resistentes flucitosina o anfotericina.<br />
4- Infecciones prostáticas y orquiepididimitis<br />
FLUCONAZOL y necesitan incisión y drenaje ,<br />
especialmente si abscesos ocasionalmente prostatectomías o<br />
orquiectomias para la curación.<br />
5- Otras: Mantener el TU permeable, eliminar tj necrótico,<br />
bolas <strong>de</strong> hifas… citorreducciones, nefrostomías con<br />
irrigación local con streptokinasa, salino…<br />
