different points.<br />

N Place a ruler on the front edge of the<br />

blade and measure how far it has<br />

been filed back.<br />

Blade thickness must not be less than<br />

a = 0.06 in (1.6 mm) at any point.<br />

Cutting edges may be filed back no<br />

more than b = 0.2 in (5 mm).<br />
