DESECHAR LA PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO A LO ESTABLECIDO EN LAS BASES DEL CONCURSO Y EN<br />
LA LEY DE OBRAS PUBLICAS VIGENTE EN LA ENTIDAD.<br />
TAMBIEN SE LES COMUNICA QUE LA EMPRESA GANADORA AL FINALIZAR LOS TRABAJOS SE<br />
OBLIGA A ENTREGAR LOS PLANOS DEL PROYECTO CONSTRUIDO EN ORIGINAL INCLUYENDO LAS<br />
MODIFICACIONES REALIZADAS EN EL PROCESO DE LA OBRA. ASI COMO SU FINIQUITO DE OBRA,<br />
BITACORA Y ACTA DE ENTREGA ANTES DE LOS 30 DIAS POSTERIORES DE SU TERMINACION.<br />
SIN OTRO ASUNTO QUE TRATAR, SE PROCEDE A LA FIRMA Y RUBRICA DE TODAS LAS HOJAS AL<br />
CALCE, Y CIERRE DE LA PRESENTE MINUTA, SIENDO LAS 15 HORAS MISMA FECHA.
