<strong>Tupperware</strong> <strong>Caramel</strong> <strong>Corn</strong> <strong>Recipe</strong><br />
Makes 10 cups. Do not double this recipe<br />
1 bag microwave popcorn, popped<br />
¼ cup butter, cut into pieces<br />
½ cup packed light brown sugar<br />
2 tbsp light corn syrup<br />
¼ tsp salt<br />
¼ tsp baking soda<br />
1. Pour popped popcorn into TupperWave 3L Casserole careful to pick out the unpopped<br />
kernels. Set aside.<br />
2. Stir together pieces of butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in TupperWave<br />
1.75L Casserole.<br />
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir with Silicone Spatula. Microwave until boiling-<br />
30 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating. Cover and microwave an additional<br />
minute.<br />
4. Stir in baking soda. Immediately pour hot mixture over popped popcorn. Cover and<br />
shake to mix.<br />
5. Keep covered and microwave and additional 45 seconds. Shake well. Pour caramel<br />
corn mixture onto Silicone Baking Mat to cool. Break apart and store in sealed<br />
<strong>Tupperware</strong> container.<br />
