Artículo 59 - Para 'jhcción y promoci6n <strong>de</strong>l perso'ial acad<br />
mico se integrarunomisi6n dictaminadora en cada una <strong>de</strong> las<br />
escuelas noxma1es, ya funci6n será la <strong>de</strong> instrumentar, valo-<br />
rar y dictai$ar los concursos <strong>de</strong> oposici6n y emitir el dicta-<br />
men<br />
Artículo 60.- La comisi6n dictaminadora <strong>de</strong> cada escuela tendr<br />
ca:rácter honorífico, tenporal y estará integrada por:<br />
