Ambas piezas se integran en el proceso
de investigación abierto que caracteriza el
trabajo de la autora. La primera pertenece
a una serie de vídeos que registran
acciones con una finalidad simple,
desarrolladas con los pies y debajo del
agua. En la segunda pieza, Farrén realiza
la acción de encender la cámara, realizar
un recorrido, deshacer el recorrido
y apagar la cámara; la sencillez del
recorrido no evita que la desorientación
anule la posibilidad de volver sobre los
propios pasos.

Both of these pieces form part of
the ongoing research process that
characterises the author’s oeuvre. The first
is from a series of videos showing actions
with a simple purpose performed by her
feet underwater. In the second piece
Farrén performs the action of switching
on the camera, walking in one direction,
walking back in the opposite direction
and then switching the camera off. Simple
as her path is, she is disoriented and
therefore unable to retrace her own steps.
