SUMMARY OF THE DUTIES OF THE RECORDER<br />
(a) Collect the Judges’ red cards and record the information on the Judging Summary<br />
Sheet.<br />
(b) Notify the Posting Board operator of red cards.<br />
(c) Immediately notify the Chief Judge and Assistants, where appropriate, when<br />
three red cards from three different Judges have been received.<br />
