do en la enfermedad ósea renal recomendamos la utilización <strong>de</strong><br />

la isoenzima ósea <strong>de</strong> la fosfatasa alcalina, PINP e isoenzima 5b<br />

<strong>de</strong> la fosfatasa ácida tartrato-resistente, ya que estos marcadores<br />

se aclaran por el hígado y no por el riñón.<br />

En resumen, contamos con una herramienta clínica útil para el<br />

estudio <strong>de</strong> los niveles <strong>de</strong> remo<strong>de</strong>lado óseo en diversas patologías.<br />

A<strong>de</strong>más, la reciente automatización <strong>de</strong> diversos métodos<br />

<strong>de</strong> medida <strong>de</strong> marcadores óseos en el laboratorio clínico (como<br />

osteocalcina, PINP y beta-CTX) pue<strong>de</strong> facilitar y abaratar enormemente<br />

su <strong>de</strong>terminación, siendo más asequible su utilización<br />

en la clínica.<br />
