8. LESIONES QUE ATRAVIESAN<br />
EL MEDIASTINO<br />
El Dx se realiza por examen físico y radiografía de tórax.<br />
• HEMOTORAX<br />
• NEUMOTORAX A TENSION<br />
• TAPONAMIENTO CARDIACO<br />
Se deben excluir lesión vascular, traqueobronquial o esofágica.<br />
• Angiograma<br />
• Esofagograma ( material de contraste hidrosoluble)<br />
• USG TAC (Corazón n y pericardio)<br />
