Prueba deportiva que combina la modalidad de carrera y ciclismo<br />
y en la que parte de la competición transcurre por el paraje natural<br />
de Los Ancones en Costa Teguise. La salida y meta de la prueba<br />
será en el complejo Sands Beach Resort y combina 5 Km a pie,<br />
seguido de 20 Km en bici y finalizando con 2.5 Km a pie.<br />

A duathlon involving both running and cycling across the natural<br />
terrain of Los Ancones in Costa Teguise. The race will both start and<br />
finish at Sands Beach Resort in Costa Teguise, combining a 5 Km<br />
run followed by a 20 Km bike course, finishing off with a further<br />
2.5 Km run.<br />
