Genomic DNAs digested with BamHI,

were electrophoresed, blotted, and
hybridized with the BIBAC-end
sequences JJ80-T3 (a), JJ113-T3 (b),
and JJ81-T3 (c), respectively,
as probes. Note: none of the markers
could be hybridized with the
CO39, Moroberekan, or PKT genomic
DNAs
