FORMA DE CÁLCULO:<br />
– SE APLICAN POR MES NATURAL CONTADOS DESDE EL PRIMER DÍA DEL MES<br />
SIGUIENTE A AQUEL QUE SE INCLUYERON EN EL RÉGIMEN LAS MERCANCÍAS<br />
DE IMPORTACIÓN QUE ORIGINARON LA DEUDA ADUANERA Y HASTA EL<br />
ÚLTIMO DÍA DEL MES EN QUE SE ORIGINÓ LA DEUDA ADUANERA<br />
<br />
EL ARTº 519 . 4 DEL RACA DETERMINA LOS CASOS EN QUE NO SE<br />
LIQUIDAN INTERESES COMPENSATORIOS :<br />
– por un periodo inferior a un mes<br />
– cuando el importe no supere 20 euros<br />
– los <strong>de</strong>sperdicios, restos y <strong>de</strong>sechos en la ultimación por Destrucción<br />
– cuando la garantía esta constituida por un DEPÓSITO en efectivo<br />
– los productos compensadores secundarios enumerados en el anexo 75<br />
– a petición <strong>de</strong>l interesado<br />
