• Si de la investigación preliminar se<br />

–Que los hecho investigados si constituy<strong>en</strong> delito;<br />
pero no se ha logrado individualizar, sin<br />
id<strong>en</strong>tificar al presunto autor; se procederá a<br />
remitir el expedi<strong>en</strong>te al archivo provincial; donde<br />
quedará hasta cuando se descubra al presunto<br />
autor ola acción p<strong>en</strong>al haya prescripto.
