Insta<strong>la</strong>ción eléctrica<br />
Para no dañar <strong>la</strong> <strong>bomba</strong> <strong>dosificadora</strong> no insta<strong>la</strong>r<strong>la</strong> nunca en paralelo con cargas inductivas<br />
(ejemplo: motores) utilizar siempre un relé.<br />
P - Bomba <strong>dosificadora</strong><br />
R - Relé<br />
I - Interruptor o dispositivo <strong>de</strong> seguridad<br />
E - Electroválvu<strong>la</strong> o carga inductivo<br />
A - Alimentación<br />
LA REPARACIÓN DEBE EFECTUARSE POR PERSONAL AUTORIZADO<br />
Todas <strong>la</strong>s <strong>bomba</strong>s <strong>dosificadora</strong>s estan dotadas <strong>de</strong> sistema para <strong>la</strong> reducción <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s interferencias<br />
(EMC). El circuito va protegido interiormente por un fusible. Para <strong>la</strong> sustitución seguir el siguiente<br />
procedimiento:<br />
- Desconectar <strong>la</strong> <strong>bomba</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> red eléctrica<br />
- Quitar los 6 tornillos <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> tapa posterior mediante un <strong>de</strong>stornil<strong>la</strong>dor <strong>de</strong> estrel<strong>la</strong><br />
- Quitar el panel<br />
- Sustituir el fusible roto por otro <strong>de</strong> i<strong>de</strong>nticas características (5x20 T retardado). Ver <strong>la</strong> tab<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong>l<br />
capítulo anterior.<br />
El circuito <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>bomba</strong> <strong>dosificadora</strong> lleva insta<strong>la</strong>da una protección contra eventuales sobre<br />
tensiones.(300V - 150V) y distribuidos <strong>de</strong> red <strong>de</strong> 4 KV con una duración <strong>de</strong> 50µsec., como se indica<br />
en el esquema:<br />
