Universal Stabilizer Arm Accessory <strong>Attachment</strong>s <strong>with</strong> Silicone Membrane are single use disposable accessory devices <strong>for</strong><br />
use <strong>with</strong> the ESTECH 400-001 Hex Mount Flexible Arm when used <strong>with</strong> the 401-000 Window Access Retractor SI System®<br />
and <strong>for</strong> use <strong>with</strong> the 401-152T, 401-152TR, 401-152HP, and 401-152HPR Universal Stabilizer Arms. <strong>Attachment</strong>s are<br />
provided sterile in individual packages. Accessory attachments provide cardiac retraction and stabilization. Malleable metal<br />
design <strong>with</strong> pliable silicone coating allows surgeon to bend attachments to con<strong>for</strong>m to anatomic shape.<br />
<strong>Use</strong> of Device<br />
1. Attach Accessory Device to the ESTECH 400-001 Hex Mount Flexible Arm when used <strong>with</strong> the 401-000 Window Access<br />
Retractor SI System® or the 401-152T, 401-152TR, 401-152HP, and 401-152HPR Universal Stabilizer Arms by<br />
sliding sleeve of the quick connection away from flexible arm and inserting <strong>Attachment</strong> Shaft into the connector <strong>with</strong> the<br />
detent lined up to the screw hole. See Figures 1and 2.<br />
2. Accessory Device can be bent to con<strong>for</strong>m to anatomic requirements.<br />
3. Position Device as required and as per instructions <strong>for</strong> use of the ESTECH 400-001 Hex Mount Flexible Arm when used<br />
<strong>with</strong> the 401-000 Window Access Retractor SI System® and the 401-152T, 401-152TR, 401-152HP, and 401-152HPR<br />
Universal Stabilizer Arms.<br />
WARRANTY<br />
ESTECH warrants that the attachments are free from defects in both materials and workmanship. Suitability <strong>for</strong> use of the<br />
attachments <strong>for</strong> any surgical procedure shall be determined by the user. ESTECH shall not be liable <strong>for</strong> incidental or<br />
consequential damages of any kind. The above warranties are in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied<br />

Uso del dispositivo<br />

Uso del dispositivo<br />
1. Conecte el dispositivo al brazo flexible de montaje hexagonal ESTECH 400-001 cuando se utiliza con el sistema de<br />
