New Year Resolution…Getting a Flat Abdomen<br />
For many, the New Year resolution includes losing weight<br />
and losing belly fat. Some of the most<br />
common things and with a minimum effort to lose belly fat are:<br />
skinless chicken breast,<br />
the white meat part of<br />
the turkey or the lean<br />
cuts of beef (will often<br />
have the word "loin" or<br />
"round" in the name).<br />
Leafy greens, green tea<br />

vegetables can<br />
