Introducción

En los últimos años, uno de los temas más
importantes y discutidos alrededor del
mundo, es el tema de "la sustentabilidad", el
cual es demasiado importante no solo por
aquello que implica su desarrollo, sino
también, por las formas en las que puede
ayudar al futuro de la humanidad y de su
entorno.
El concepto de "sustentabilidad", de manera
general, puede entenderse en el contexto
progresista, como el equilibrio en el
desarrollo y formas de producción, pero,
para ello será importante que profundicemos
más allá de lo que en un principio puede
significar, para conocer las formas de llegar
a la misma y como nos va a beneficiar como
comunidad, sociedad y ser individual.
Esto quiere decir que estaremos
constantemente tocando temas como lo son
las "energías renovables", así como las
ventajas de aplicarlas en una futura vida
cotidiana y producción a gran escala; la
"sustentabilidad alimentaria", especialmente
dando el enfoque al objetivo 2 de los
"objetivos del desarrollo sostenible" y, por
último, pero no menos importante, "el uso y
aprovechamiento del agua".
Dicho esto, se entiende que el enfoque de
nuestro artículo va dirigido hacia un entorno
en el que la producción, especialmente la
producción alimentaria, son parte de una
sociedad humana sustentable.

In the last few years, one of the most
important and discussed topics around the
world Is the topic about sustainability, which
Is too important not only for what It involves
its growth, but also in the ways that It can
help the future of mankind and its
environment.
The concept of "sustainability", in general
ways can be understood in a progressive
context as the balance in developing and
production ways, but, for that, it will be
important to get into the topic beyond what
at the beginning could mean, to know the
ways to achieve It and how it will benefit us
as a community, society and individual
entity.
This means that we are going to be
constantly touching topics such as: The
renewable Energy, as well as the
advantages of applying them in a future daily
life and the massive production, the food
sustainability, specially focusing in the
second goal of the "sustainable development
goals", and at last but not least, the use and
consumption of water. Having said that, it Is
understood that the focus of our article Is
directed to an environment in which the
production, especially the food production, is
part of a sustainable human society.
