Listings for One Design boat scorings may be provided upon request for minimum of five boats. The prerequisite for all classes is a minimum of five participants by 1900 hours on Friday, August 9th 2013. The skipper of the boat shall be a member of a club or other organization affiliated to an ISAF member national authority. The boat shall be registered by an ISAF member national authority, she must have identification on sails issued by that authority and she shall carry a national flag. The minimum number of the crew is two persons. A boat shall fulfil the requirements of safety regulation category equivalent to Suomen Purjehdus ja Veneily’s inspection class 2 or ORC category 3. All boats shall fulfil these requirements in spite of the possible own regulations by One Design and Construction classes. PRIZES Prizes are given according to RORC formula in the classes mentioned above except for Estimated LYS class where only the best boat is given a prize. In addition prizes are given at least on the following grounds: 1) Best average speed 2) Best boat in the Business LYS class 3) Best female crew in the LYS 1-6 classes 4) Best business boat in the LYS 1-6 classes 5) Best business boat in the ORC Club classes 6) Best business boat in the IRC class 7) Fastest First 31.7 in the LYS 1-6 classes Other prizes can also be given at the Race Committee’s discretion. Prizes are not necessarily given by possible listings for One Design boats. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS, START NUMBERS AND REPORT OF FINISHING Sailing instructions can be downloaded in the website of the race, www.helsinkitallinnarace.fi, in June 2013 at the latest. If there is a conflict between Sailing Instructions and Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions take precedence. If there is a conflict between languages the Finnish text will take precedence. Start numbers and other race material are delivered in the Skippers’ Briefing for the boats which fulfil all the following requirements: • hand over the HTR Crew List, and • hand over the HTR Assurance of Inspection, signed by the boat’s skipper, and • skipper of the boat or boat have no unpaid entry fees for KoPu ENTRY, FEES, CANCELATIONS OF ENTRY AND LIMITATION OF THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPATING BOATS Entry to the race is only made in the website www.helsinkitallinnarace.fi and by paying the entry fee to the race’s bank account with the payment reference number which can be found in the listing of participating boats in the website of the race. Please note, that the entry fee has to be paid in time even if the payment reference number is missing. Entry form has to be filled in and the entry fee has to be paid to the bank by 1900 hours on Friday, August 2nd 2013. Thereafter, the entry and/or payment of the entry fee is considered a late entry. If the entry fee is paid after Friday, August 9th 2013 the entry will be discarded. A business boat can enter in any class. The entry fee for a business boat is the same for all classes. Late entry does not concern business boats. 45
