the finishing line vessel will announce its departure on VHF channel 72. If a boat finishes<br />
after the finishing line vessel has departed, the boat must report to the finishing line<br />
vessel at its time of finishing.<br />
15. RETIRING<br />
Any boat retiring from the race shall inform the race committee directly on the water<br />
by telephoning to one of the telephone numbers announced in the material distributed<br />
in the Skippers’ Briefing or to the starting line vessel or to the finishing line vessel on<br />
VHF channel 72.<br />
16. PROTESTS<br />
Any boat intending to protest shall immediately after finishing inform in writing in her<br />
finishing report the boat she is protesting against. This is an addition to RRS Rule 61.2<br />
Protest Contents. A protest shall be handed over to the race office by 1000 hours on<br />
Saturday, August 17th 2013 or within two hours after finishing if a boat has finished<br />
after 0800 hours on Saturday, August 17th 2013.<br />
Protests and their hearings will be announced on the race notice board in Pirita<br />
harbour from 1100 hours onwards on Saturday, August 17th 2013. The first hearing will<br />
begin at 1130 hours on Saturday, August 17th 2013 at the earliest.<br />
17. RESULTS<br />
Results and partial results will be announced on the race notice board in Pirita harbour.<br />
18. PRIZES<br />
Prizes will be awarded according to the Notice of <strong>Race</strong>.<br />
