PRIZES<br />

Prizes are given according to RORC formula in the classes mentioned above except<br />

for Estimated LYS class where only the best boat is given a prize. In addition prizes are<br />

given at least on the following grounds:<br />

1) Best average speed<br />

2) Best boat in the Business LYS class<br />

3) Best female crew in the LYS 1-6 classes<br />

4) Best business boat in the LYS 1-6 classes<br />

5) Best business boat in the ORC Club classes<br />

6) Best business boat in the IRC class<br />

7) Fastest First 31.7 in the LYS 1-6 classes<br />

Other prizes can also be given at the <strong>Race</strong> Committee’s discretion. Prizes are not<br />

necessarily given by possible listings for One Design boats.<br />

SAILING INSTRUCTIONS, START NUMBERS AND REPORT OF<br />

FINISHING<br />

Sailing instructions can be downloaded in the website of the race, www.helsinkitallinnarace.fi,<br />

in June 2013 at the latest. If there is a conflict between Sailing Instructions<br />

and Notice of <strong>Race</strong>, Sailing Instructions take precedence. If there is a conflict between<br />

languages the Finnish text will take precedence.<br />

Start numbers and other race material are delivered in the Skippers’ Briefing for the<br />

boats which fulfil all the following requirements:<br />

• hand over the HTR Crew List, and<br />

• hand over the HTR Assurance of Inspection, signed by the boat’s skipper, and<br />

• skipper of the boat or boat have no unpaid entry fees for KoPu<br />

ENTRY, FEES, CANCELATIONS OF ENTRY AND LIMITATION<br />

OF THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPATING BOATS<br />

Entry to the race is only made in the website www.helsinkitallinnarace.fi and by paying<br />

the entry fee to the race’s bank account with the payment reference number which can<br />

be found in the listing of participating boats in the website of the race. Please note, that<br />

the entry fee has to be paid in time even if the payment reference number is missing.<br />

Entry form has to be filled in and the entry fee has to be paid to the bank by 1900<br />

hours on Friday, August 2nd 2013. Thereafter, the entry and/or payment of the entry fee<br />

is considered a late entry. If the entry fee is paid after Friday, August 9th 2013 the entry<br />

will be discarded. A business boat can enter in any class. The entry fee for a business<br />

boat is the same for all classes. Late entry does not concern business boats.<br />
