Electrical Connection
To properly install your Fabric Freshener, you must determine the
type of electrical connection you will be using and follow the
instructions provided for it here.
■ The Fabric Freshener should be connected to a 120 volt,
60 Hz, 15- or 20-amp fused 2 prong polarized outlet.
■ Electrical consumption: at $0.04 (approximate) per cycle,
150 cycles per year = $6 per year (approximate). Usage and
costs may vary.
■ The Fabric Freshener uses just under ¹⁄₂ kwh. Maximum amp
draw is limited to 80% of a 15-amp circuit, or 12 amps, at
120 volts. 80% is equal to 1,440 watts of 1,800 watts
available on a 15-amp circuit. If house wiring is less than
120 volts, available wattages may be lower. Usage and costs
may vary.
