transféré et vous serez informé des procédures

INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY BRIEFING - INSTRUCTIONS SUR LA SÉCURITÉ DES SYSTÈMES D'INFORMATION
1.
With respect to the use of Information System (IS)
resources:
a. I understand that licence and copyright laws protect all
software packages used by DND. I SHALL NOT copy
software or its associated documentation for any purpose
except as explicitly permitted under licence;
b. I understand that all IS used to process or store
classified information SHALL be accredited prior to use.
All equipment SHALL be presumed to be unaccredited
unless clearly marked otherwise;
c. I SHALL LOG OFF the Defence Wide Area Network
(DWAN) at the end of each workday;
d. I understand that I SHALL NOT introduce or modify
software/hardware on any DND IS without prior written
authority from the Information Systems Security Officer
(ISSO);
e. I understand that I shall not provide DWAN access to
unauthorised personnel, nor will I use DND IS equipment
or software to derive personal gain;
f. I understand that I AM RESPONSIBLE to read and
comply with the DWAN Security Orders

g. I understand that I HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY to
report all breaches of IS security to the ISSO;
h. I understand that to access the DWAN I MUST HAVE
as a minimum, an Enhanced Reliability Check (ERC);
i. I understand that I SHALL NOT send, copy, distribute,
view or otherwise deal with abusive, sexist or racist
materials on any DND IS; and
j. I understand that I SHALL use my Blackberry device in
accordance with current SOP’s, if issued with one.

Concernant l’utilisation des ressources des
systèmes d’information (SI) :
a. Il est entendu que les lois régissant les licences et les
droits d’auteur protègent tous les progiciels utilisés par le
MDN. Pour aucune raison, JE NE DOIS copier des
logiciels ni toute documentation afférente, sauf lorsque la
permission est explicitement inscrite sur la licence ;
b. Il est entendu que tout système d’information employé
pour traiter ou emmagasiner des informations classifiées
DOIT ÊTRE accrédité avant leur utilisation. Sauf en cas
de mention très claire du contraire, tout équipement DOIT
ÊTRE considéré comme non accrédité ;
c. JE DOIS FERMER LA SESSION sur le RED à la fin de
chaque jour de travail ;
d. Il est entendu que JE NE DOIS PAS installer ou
modifier aucun logiciels ou matériel des SI du MDN sans
autorisation écrite préalable de l’officier de la sécurité des
systèmes d'information (OSSI) ;
e. Il est entendu que JE NE DOIS PAS donner accès au
RED au personnel non autorisé, de même que je
n’utiliserai pas d’équipement ou de logiciels du MDN pour
mon bénéfice personnel ;
f. Il est entendu que J’AI LA RESPONSABILITÉ de lire et
de me conformer aux directives sur la sécurité du RED ;

reporter à l’OSSI toute intrusion à la sécurité des SI ;
h. Il est entendu que pour avoir accès au RED JE DOIS
POSSÉDER un niveau minimum de vérification
approfondie de fiabilité(VAF) ;
i. Il est entendu que JE NE DOIS PAS envoyer, copier,
distribuer, voir ou plus précisément, traiter du matériel aux
propos abusifs, sexistes ou raciaux sur tout SI de la
MDN ; et
j. Il est entendu que JE DOIS utiliser mon Blackberry
conformément aux IPO courantes, si elles existent pour
ce dispositif.
