ATTENDU QUE la Loi sur I'lnstruction publique requiere que la Commission etablisse un Plan triennal pour la 

repartition et la destination de ses immeubles; 

ATTENDU QUE Ie Plan triennal est sujet a au moins une revision annuelle;

2015-2016 sont basees sur cette prevision; 

ATTENDU QUE la consultation au sujet des changements majeurs pour 2014 est actuellement en cours et 

que la proposition du Plan triennal pour 2013-2016 precise que des decisions seront prises en janvier 2014 

pour ces ecoles et centres affectes par les recommandations proposees (resolutions 13-03-27-12.1 et 13-03- 

27-12.2); 

ATTENDU QUE la proposition du Plan triennal pour 2013-2016 indique que I'ecole SI. Dorothy partagera son 

etablissement avec la CSDM en juillet 2013 (resolution 12-12-19-15.2); 

ATTENDU QUE la proposition du Plan triennal pour 2013-2016 indique que la Commission considere ouvrir 

une nouvelle ecole secondaire en 2014-2015 dans I'etablissement Palatucci, recemment nomme Academie 

Wallenberg; 

ATTENDU QUE la proposition du Plan triennal pour 2013-2016 inclut la vente de quelques residences de la 

CSEM en 2012-2013 ainsi que quelques residences de la CSEM qui sont considerees pour vente ou 

echange en 2013-2014; 

ATTENDU QUE la proposition du Plan triennal 2013-2016 specifie qu'une classe de prematernelle sera 

ouverte a I'ecole Gerald McShane en 2013-2014; 

ATTENDU QUE, conformement a la Loi sur I'instruction publique, la Commission doit consulter Ie Comite central 

de parents, les municipalites du territoire de la Commission, Ie CCSAS, les conseils d'etablissement et les 

arrondissements affectes par les recommandations de changements majeurs proposees pour 2014, au sujet 

de la proposition du Plan triennal et Liste des ecoles - Repartition et destination des immeubles 2013-2016;

ATTENDU QUE Ie processus de consultation avec Ie Comite central de parents a ete approuve en vertu de 

la resolution 00-09-27-10.3; 

IL EST PROPOSE PAR MONSIEUR BERNIE PRAW ET RESOLU A L'UNANIMITE QUE la proposition du 

Plan triennal et Liste des ecoles - Repartition et destination des immeubles 2013-2016soit approuvee pour 

consultation avec Ie Comite central de parents, les municipalites du territoire de la Commission, Ie CCSAS et 

les conseils d'etablissement des ecoles et centres ainsi que les arrondissements affectes par les 

changements majeurs pour 2014, tel qu'expose a la documentation soumise a la reunion. 

IL EST DE PLUS RESOLU QUE Ie Comite central de parents, les municipalites du territoire de la 

Commission, Ie CCSAS et les con seils d'etablissement des ecoles et centres affectes ainsi que les 

arrondissements affectes soient invites a soumettre leur point de vue sur cette question pas plus tard que Ie 

lundi 10 juin 2013, conformement au processus de consultation a etre approuve Ie 19 juin 2013.
