Le contact au visage n’est permis qu’à partir de : U15 pour la division 1 (à partir de ceinture rouge) / Contact to the
head is permitted from U15 for division 1 (from red belt)
Aucun contact au visage pour les catégories : 35 ans et plus ainsi que Poom B et C. / No contact to the face for the
categories : 35 and over as well as Poom B and C.
ÉQUIPEMENTS OBLIGATOIRES / MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:
1. Casque blanc ou de couleur assortie au plastron / helmet (white or matching the body pad)
2. Le plastron (bleu ou rouge) / Body pad (blue or red)
3. Protèges avant-bras / Arm guards
4. Protège jambes et pieds (couvrant au moins jusqu’aux orteils) pour les ceintures de couleurs et Poom C
(chausson non autorisé) / Shin & instep protectors (has to at least cover up to the toes) for colored belts and Poom
C (taekwondo “socks” not authorized)
5. Protège tibias et protecteurs de demi-pied ou plein pied pour les Pooms B (chausson refusé) – Voir exemples en
Annexe 1 / Shin guards and half foot or full foot protectors for Poom B (taekwondo “socks” not authorized) –

6. Protège tibia obligatoire mais protecteurs de pieds optionnels chez les ceintutres noires Senior et Poom (chausson
accepté) / Shin guards mandatory but foot protectors are optional for black belts, Seniors and Poom (taekwondo
« socks » accepted)
7. Coquille (hommes et femmes) / Groin protector (men and women)
8. Protège buccal obligatoire à partir de U13 (pour les couleurs) ainsi que Poom et Dan / Mouth guard mandatory for
competitors U13 (colored belts) and up, as well as Poom and Dan
9. Les gants de protections (blanc ou couleur assortie au plastron) pour tous les Pooms et Noires / Protection gloves
