COMMENT EST VENUE L’IDÉE D’HIGH SCHOOL
MUSICAL 2 ?
Lors de sa diffusion à la télévision en 2006, High School
Musical a rencontré un immense succès aux Etats-Unis et
en Europe et a été adapté dans le Parc Walt Disney Studios
sous la forme d’un spectacle intitulé High School Musical on
Tour, particulièrement bien accueilli par nos visiteurs.
Devant le succès phénoménal rencontré par le deuxième
volet du téléfilm en Europe, nous avons trouvé également
intéressant de l’adapter en créant un second spectacle, High
School Musical 2.
EN QUOI CONSISTE CE SPECTACLE?
Il s’agit d’un spectacle chantant et dansant qui se déplace
dans les allées du Parc Walt Disney Studios, et marque deux
arrêts au cours desquels le public est invité à participer à la
fête et à reprendre en cœur les chansons phares du
téléfilm.
COMMENT S’EST DÉROULÉ LE RECRUTEMENT
DES ARTISTES ?
Les auditions ont eu lieu à Paris et à Londres et ont duré
2 jours, au cours desquels nous avons auditionné plus de
500 danseurs et chanteurs afin de trouver les personnalités
capables de conjuguer danse et chant avec brio.
QUELLES SONT LES DIFFÉRENCES ENTRE HIGH
SCHOOL MUSICAL ON TOUR ET HIGH SCHOOL
MUSICAL 2 ?
High School Musical on Tour est présenté deux fois le matin
et s’appuie sur l’histoire du premier téléfilm en relatant les
aventures de deux lycéens souhaitant auditionner pour le
spectacle de leur école. High School Muscial 2, comme la
deuxième série, suit les aventures des mêmes personnages
en vacances. Il est présenté trois fois l’après-midi.
Dans la même journée, les visiteurs peuvent donc retrouver
l’univers des 2 téléfilms, et les personnages et histoires qui
leur ont tant plu.

Pour la petite info, les lycéens du spectacle du Parc Walt

ce qui n’était pas le cas dans la série télévisée!

HOW DID THE IDEA OF HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2
COME UP?
When it was shown on television in 2006, High School Musical
was a great success in the United States and in Europe and
was adapted in The Walt Disney Studios® Park as a show
called High School Musical on Tour, which our guests
particularly enjoyed. Given the phenomenal success that the
second part of the television show had here in Europe, we
thought it would also be interesting to adapt it and we created
a second show, High School Musical 2.
TELL US ABOUT THE NEW SHOW
There is singing and dancing, and it moves about the streets
of The Walt Disney Studios Park, making two stops during
which the public is invited to participate in the party and help
sing the very famous songs of the television show.
HOW WERE THE ARTISTS RECRUITED?
The auditions took place in Paris and London and lasted two
days, during which we auditioned over 500 dancers and
singers in order to find individuals capable of singing and
dancing well.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HIGH
SCHOOL MUSICAL ON TOUR AND HIGH SCHOOL
MUSICAL 2?
High School Musical on Tour is presented twice every
morning and is based on the story of the first television
movie which tells the adventures of two high school kids
who wish to audition for their school show. High School
Musical 2 like the second series, follows the same
characters in their adventures during their vacations and is
presented three times every afternoon. Guests can therefore
enjoy the scope of the two television movies as well as the
characters and the stories they enjoyed so much.
WAS THE STORY OF THE SERIES ADAPTED TO
THE PUBLIC OF DISNEYLAND RESORT PARIS?
We can let you in on a secret… The kids in the show in The
Walt Disney Studios Park spend their holidays in France,
which of course is not the case in the television series!
