BATTERY LEVEL STATUS
Requests the battery level, expressed as a percentage of maximum
(full charge).

$BATTERY = xxx
xxx is the battery charge level (percentage of maximum charge)
expressed in decimal format. If the value is less than 100, the
hundreds digit is represented with a 0.
