• Incidence en France : 500 nouveaux cas par an<br />
• Age au diagnostic : 60 à 65 ans, moins de 10% des<br />
patients ont moins de 50 ans<br />
• Un peu plus fréquent chez les hommes
<strong>Amylose</strong> <strong>AL</strong> : présentations multiples<br />
• Insuffisance cardiaque et/ou péricardite<br />
• Syndrome néphrotique ou insuffisance rénale sans protéinurie (rare)<br />
• Hépatomégalie avec cholestase anictérique ou insuffisance hépatique<br />
rapidement progressive (rare)<br />
• Polyneuropathie avec dysautonomie ou mononévrite (rare)<br />
• Pseudo hypertrophie musculaire ou polymyosite<br />
• Macroglossie, hypertrophie glandes salivaires, agueusie, saignement<br />
digestif, ascite, ulcère gasto-duodénal, diarrhée, constipation ….<br />
• Asplénie fonctionnelle, rupture splénique<br />
• Anomalies de l’hémostase, fibrinolyse, déficit en facteur X …<br />
• Pneumopathie interstitielle et/ou épanchements pleuraux<br />
