7 Research allocations in the hypertension field of<br />

10 000 € are allocated by the French Society of<br />

Hypertension, of which one allocation is funded by Abbott<br />

28 es Journées de l’Hypertension Artérielle - 2 nd International Meeting of the French Society of Hypertension<br />

PURPOSE: The French Society of Hypertension allocations are allocated<br />

to a team of specialists working in the field of Hypertension. There will<br />

be a preference for new thematics.<br />

The projects only dedicated to a commercialised medicine or to a<br />

medicine to be commercialised will not be considered.<br />

APPLICATIONS:<br />

• To be downloaded online : www.sfhta.org<br />

• The applicant/project manager, will enclose his CV. The integration of<br />

the project within the team of specialist will play the key role for the<br />

applicant in order to obtain the allocation.<br />

• Co financing and use of money requested<br />

• For scientific researches on individuals, notification to the Research<br />

Ethics Committee<br />

Remarques concernant les bourses et les subventions de recherche :<br />

ATTRIBUTION : les candidats seront informés en Mai 2009. Le versement<br />

de la Bourse se fera en septembre 2009. Cette Bourse ne sera pas<br />

cumulable avec un autre soutien. Le montant de chaque Bourse est versé<br />

à un organisme (université, INSERM, CNRS, association loi 1901, etc.)<br />

chargé de la gérer et de faire les retenues légales.<br />

REMARQUES :<br />

• Les dossiers spécifieront la nature de la demande (Bourse ou<br />

Subvention de recherche), ces deux aides à la recherche n’étant pas<br />

interchangeables.<br />

• Les résultats obtenus feront l’objet d’une présentation lors des<br />

Journées de l’Hypertension Artérielle.<br />

• Les dossiers parvenus après le 25 mars 2009 ne seront pas pris en<br />

compte.<br />

Note regarding the research grants and allocations<br />

The applicants will be informed in May 2009. The payment of the grant<br />

will be proceeded in September 2009. The grant will not be accumulated<br />

with any other support. The payment of the grant will be ordered to an<br />

organism (such as: university, INSERM, CNRS, law 1901 association,<br />

etc.), the organism will then be in charge of running the legal<br />

deductions.<br />

REMARKS:<br />

• The specifications of the applications will be clearly indicated (Grant<br />

or Allocation), these two grants are not interchangeable.<br />

• The results obtained will be presented at the Annual General Meeting<br />

of the Society.<br />

• The applications received after 25 th mars 2009 will not be considered.<br />
