• Sayin et al. (*) - une ischémie myocardique a<br />
été retrouvée lors d’une épreuve d’effort chez<br />
17 patients (sur 33) porteurs d’une ectasie<br />
coronaire sans lésion sténosante supérieure<br />
à 50% et sans antécé<strong>de</strong>nt <strong>de</strong> syndrome<br />
coronarien.<br />
• Dans le groupe contrôle (patients sans<br />
ectasie), l’épreuve était positive chez<br />
seulement 5 patients sur 32 (p=0.004).<br />
• Ceci est plus fréquent dans les formes<br />
diffuses (type 1 <strong>de</strong> Markis).<br />
