Belgium: carriage paid entrance floor for deliveries as of 75 euro net. Abroad: Prices ex works. You can benefit an additional discount of 5 % on the net
amount as you are collecting the goods yourself. All deliveries according to our dealer conditions in your possession.
PRICES
All the mentioned prices are recommended sales prices, VAT (21%) NOT included.
If you have projects of more than 12.400 (euro), please inquire for adjusted conditions.
PROJECT SERVICE & ASSEMBLY
PROJECT SERVICE
When desired, we can help you with your commercial projects in all different stages. We can take over certain
executive tasks to allow you to apply yourself to your commercial activities. Our designer office offers you a
CAD service at the rate of 65,80EUR + VAT 21% / hour for implantation propositions in 2D and 3D.
Costs are estimated beforehand, and are credited when your order arrives.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
You can consider our experienced team for assembling our furniture at the following conditions. The transportation department of Robberechts can
provide for installation of the below mentioned furniture, based on the following rates :
2,5% of the gross market value of :
Tambour door units (Powerflex and Cube), revolving door cabinets (Baseline), sliding door cabinets (Porta D and Twinn) drawer units,
cloakroom cabinets and filing cabinets. The rates for assembly of the interior equipment are on the next page.
5% of the nett market value of :

2,5% of the gross market value of :
Desk programmes : Quad, Base and Connex insofar as Robberechts performs only the inhousing whereas the customer or an
external service takes care of the assembly.

Desk programmes : Quad, Base and Connex in case Robberechts performs the inhousing ànd assembly and this at the assembly cost
mentioned on the next page.
• In case the delivery does not meet the conditions for a delivery ‘free house’ (net amount must be > € 750) transportation costs in the amount of
€ 80 are charged.
• Our price list with rates for the assembly of accessories of our cabinet and desk programs is mentioned below.
• Goods being delivered ‘free house’ means that the delivery is being made on the ground floor behind the first door. In case of delivery on the
first floor or higher, an elevator should be at the disposal of and exclusively assigned to our assembly team, free of charge and this for the entire
delivery time. The minimum dimensions of the elevator are H x W x D : 200 x 100 x 130 cm, in which at least two high tambour door units can be
moved at the same time. When there is no elevator available and use of an external elevator or pulley is needed to have the goods in place, the
costs that go with this (e.g. rent of the elevator, removal of the windows, …) are charged at the going rates, i.e. at the customer’s account, who is
also responsible for the organisation of this service.
• The assignment for the installation is confirmed in writing on the order form. In addition to the order form an assembly scheme should be added,
mentioning the name and telephone number of the person in charge of the project.
• If Robberechts is charged with the installation, we will commit ourselves to take back the packaging material.
• Indemnities as a consequence of delays cannot be recovered from Robberechts when the cause of the delay is due to force majeure (weather
conditions and heavy traffic).
• For every delivery we foresee 1 hour for unloading a truck and 1,5 hour for unloading a trailer. In the event that this time limit has been
exceeded, waiting times will be charged at a rate of 35 €/hour.
MOCK-UPS
For the support for your commercial activities, we are able to supply you with a mock-up, upon your request. For this service we ask our dealers only
to contribute towards the expenses for a limited part : ==> 15% of the gross market value + transportation costs (80 € upon delivery and 80 € upon
collection). These costs can be credited once the project has been assigned to us.
Exception : product training
In case we organise a product training at the dealer’s site and a mock-up is necessary, Robberechts will bear the costs.

You can always visit our show room with your customer when you make an appointment.
Or you can call in one of our representatives for a joint visit to your customer.
