Safety, performance, and dependabilityhave been given top priority in the design of this product making it easy to maintain and operate.warrantyLIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY AND 30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY: During the first 30 days after date of purchasing this product, you may either request serviceunder this warranty or you may exchange it by returning it with proof of purchase and all original equipment packaged withthe original product to the dealer from which it was purchased. The replacement product will be covered by the limitedwarranty for the balance of the two year period from the date of the original purchase.LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY. This product is warranted against all defects in workmanship or materials for a periodof two years from the date of purchase. The warranty on any accessories for this product, excluding batteries, is limited to90 days from the date the accessory is purchased. To obtain warranty service, call Customer Service at 1-800-525-2579for warranty return instructions. The product must be properly packaged and returned with all equipment that was includedwith the original product. When you request warranty service, you must also present proof of purchase documentation,which includes the date of purchase (for example, a receipt or a bill of sale). Defective products returned within the warrantyperiod will be repaired or replaced, at our option, free of charge, within ninety (90) days or less. The cost of shippingthe product to us is your responsibility. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not coverany malfunction, failure or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or unauthorized repairs.It applies only to the original purchaser at retail, and may not be transferred. Any product that cannot be controlled withthe switch is dangerous and must be repaired.• Use the product in accordance with these instructionsand in the manner intended for the product, takinginto account the working conditions and the workto be performed. Use of the product for operationsdifferent from those intended could result in a hazardoussituation.• Ensure the switch is in the off position before insertingbattery pack. Inserting the battery pack into batteryproducts that have the switch on invites accidents.• Recharge only with the charger specified by themanufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one typeof battery pack may create a risk of fire when used withanother battery pack.• Use this product only with specifically designatedbattery packs. Use of any other battery packs may createa risk of injury and fire.• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away fromother metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails,screws, or other small metal objects that can make aconnection from one terminal to another. Shorting thebattery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected fromthe battery, avoid contact. If contact accidentallyoccurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes,additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from thebattery may cause irritation or burns.• When servicing the product, use only identicalreplacement parts. Follow instructions in theMaintenance section of this manual. Use of unauthorizedparts or failure to follow Maintenance instructions maycreate a risk of shock or injury.• The noise reduction capability of these headphonesare 25NRR. They will not provide ultimate protection ofyour hearing only reduce the ambient noise; thereforethey may not be suitable for every situation. If at anytimeyou are uncomfortable using this product discontinue useimmediately.• The headphones are capable of playing music froman auxiliary source. This music should not be played ifthe music distracts you from your work. The music shouldnot be played while operating machinery of any kind.• This product should not be used without the batterycap installed.3
