REPORTING RELATIONSHIPReports <strong>to</strong> the Vice President of Property ManagementQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able <strong>to</strong> perform each essential dutysatisfac<strong>to</strong>rily. Reasonable accommodations may be made <strong>to</strong> enable individualswith disabilities <strong>to</strong> perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: College degree, 5 years of commercial and/or retailproperty management work experience.COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing skills.MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Two <strong>to</strong> t<strong>hr</strong>ee years of managing professional staffrequired.COMPUTER & MATH SKILLS: Must be computer literate. Microsoft Office a plus. Must beable <strong>to</strong> prepare realistic budgets and understand basic math concepts.BUSINESS SKILLS: Prior commercial real estate experience a must. Should have ageneral knowledge of landscaping specifications, HVAC systems and electrical systems.Must be able <strong>to</strong> understand owner’s perspective. Must be self-starter and able <strong>to</strong> work wellindependently. Should have a strong sense of organization and have the ability <strong>to</strong> followt<strong>hr</strong>ough with details.REASONING ABILITY: Must be able <strong>to</strong> understand the “big” picture of how the budget,portfolio and cus<strong>to</strong>mer service work <strong>to</strong>gether.
