LIGHTING RETROFIT PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Retrofit (112) Q35MR16 and (79) Q50MR16 light fixtures to more energy efficient 6.5w and 3.5w LED lamps. In addition, replace
(300) F32T8 and (100) F28T8 with (400) F25T8 lamps. Replacing the Q35MR16 lamps to a 6.5w LED reduces the wattage per bulb
by 81%. Replacing the Q50MR16 lamps with a 3.5w LED reduces the wattage per bulb by 93% and also extends the lamp life to
20,000 hours. The combination of extending the lamp life and the reduction of wattage will lead to an approximate savings of
$5,826.00 per year.
