INTERNAL CLEANING INSTRUCTIONSCAUTION!Internal deposit build up can cause:• performance variations;• alteration in clearances resulting in seizing;• out of balance rotor.4.1 CLEANING INSTRUCTIONSIn case it is necessary to clean the inside of the blower, proceedas follows:1. Remove #904 screws, taking away #706 manifold with #700silencer and #424 gasket.2. Remove #183 foot through the extraction of #9204 x screws.3. Remove in order #915 and #902.2 screws placed on #162cover.4. Remove #162 cover by using the two holes between #103intermediatle housing and #162 cover.5. Remove the #900 screw and #365 washer.6. Remove the #360 bearing cover and extract the #321bearing using a bearing puller.7. Remove the #231 impeller if necessary using a puller andremove the #940 key.8. Remove the #902.1 screws on the #104 intermediatle cover.9. Remove the #103 and #104 and place them together, byusing the two holes between #104 intermediatle cover and#161 housing.10. Remove the #934 spacer.11. Remove the #935 shims-be careful not to misplace.12 Remove the #230 impeller if necessary using a puller andremove the #940 key.13. Clean and reassemble in reverse order.If needed, reconstruct #423 seal using Loctite 598 or similar,after cleaning the sealing surfaces of any existing sealant.It’s important not to reverse the position of the #230 and#231 impellers.4.2 REPLACEMENT SOUND-ABSORBING PANELSIf needed, replace the foam sound-absorbing panels, proceed asfollows:1. Remove #906 screws.2. Take away the #700 silencers from the unit, being carefulnot to lose the #424 gaskets.3. Extract the #720 panels from the silencer housings.4. Clean up the #710 retaining screen.5.
