MATERIAL & CARE
Aluminium
- A6063-T5 aluminium quality
· High quality
· Light and strong
· Do not rust, but doesn’t cope with swimming pool water splash
- Powder coated aluminium (painted)
· Fluidized powder coating applied on the aluminium structure by
electrostatic spray to ensure the solidity and the resistance of the
coating
· Give a glossy looking
· High quality
· Light and strong
· Do not rust
- Anodized aluminium
· Electrochemical surface treatment on aluminium (Formation by
electrolysis of alumina layer with high hardness)
· Ensure a sustainable aspect because of a better resistance to
mechanical wear, to corrosion and to heat
· Recommended near the sea, swimming pools
· Avoid household cleaning products such as acid, sodium
hydroxide vinegar, alkali
Care instructions for natural teak
Normally, all stains that appear on teak wood will gradually
disappear by themselves. For immediate removal, simply wash the
stains off with soap. Scrub repeatedly with a non-abrasive brush
or sponge. Then rinse the entire piece of furniture with clean water
and leave it dry naturally.
Teak outdoor furniture will attain a gorgeous and silvery-grey patina
by approximately 3 months to 1 year depending on the amount
of sunlight and rain exposure. During weathering, a slight lifting of
the grain may appear on the tops of furniture arms and legs which
is normal for outdoor wooden furniture to have expanding and
contracting conditions and will not effect or minimize the durability
and quality of the furniture. Regular cleaning should be done by
washing with a soft brush or a sponge. Another care option is to
use teak oil so that the color of the wood is long-lasting. Please
follow the following instructions: put a sticky tape around the areas
where do not require the teak oil, then sand brush wooden parts
thoroughly with thin sand paper. Apply teak oil on a cloth or on a
soft brush, then wipe all over the furniture to create the full, rich
surface sheen. Wipe off the left over teak oil with a cloth. Repeat
the above instructions twice and sand brush the wooden surface
with thin sand paper again. Apply teak oil for the last time and wipe
off with a dry and clean cloth. Leave it dry for 15-20 minutes.
Tempered glass
- The tempering operation consists of a brutal cooling by ventilation
of cold air over the 2 faces of the glass product. This treatment
creates in the glass a force which improves most of its physical
properties resistance to mechanical duress. It is 2,5 times more
resistant than a fired product of equal thickness. In case of shock,
the glass would break into thousands of dull pieces which avoid
major accidents
- Minimum thickness equals 4mm depending on the application
Tempered acid etched glass
- The acid etched glass produces a translucent satin appearance
which blurrs the view while allowing thelight to pass
TEAK
- Resistance universally acknowledged that originated in the high
content of natural oils teak
- Very low water absorption which allows stability under the effect
of chlorine, salt water and UV rays
- Strong resistance to chemical and vermin attacks
- Teak wood of superior quality aged from 60 to 80 years, from
ecological plantations
- 100% recyclable
