Liebe Radsport-Freunde,
unser Team hat in den letzten Monaten intensiv an der Produktpalette 2013 gearbeitet. Und so freuen wir uns,
auch für das Modelljahr 2013 diverse Neuheiten zu präsentieren. Neben der Entwicklung neuer Produkte, haben
wir auch unsere Laufrad Palette neu strukturiert. Zu den bereits bekannten Linien TRICON ® und DICUT ® kommt die
Linie SPLINE ® hinzu. Genau wie bei den bereits bestehenden Systemen, defniert sich der Name durch die Nabentechnologie.
Komplettiert wird die Palette durch die CLASSIC Linie. Mehr dazu im Katalog. Aktuell heiss diskutiert
werden die Laufradgrössen im MTB Bereich, wo neben 26" und 29" eine weitere Grösse dazu kommt. 650b bzw.
27,5" soll die bekannten Vorteile von 29ern mit dem Fahrgefühl und Handling eines 26" Bikes vereinen. Wir von
DT Swiss haben frühzeitig reagiert und bieten Laufräder sowie Felgen in der neuen Grösse an. Die Entwicklung und
Produktion von High-End Komponenten ist seit jeher eine der Kernkompetenzen von DT Swiss. Der Bereich Felgen
wurde für 2013 überarbeitet und die Nabenklassiker 240s und 350 sind nun auch mit straight pull Einspeichsystem
erhältlich. Der X 313 Carbon und der X 313 sind die neuen Highlights im Bereich Suspension. Mit Stolz dürfen wir
verkünden, dass wir den leichtesten Dämpfer der Welt mit topaktueller Technik anbieten!

our team has been hard at work during the last couple of months finishing the 2013 product line up. We are
happy to present a variety of new products for the upcoming season. Besides developing new products, we gave
our wheel line up a new family structure. Joining the well known TRICON ® and DICUT ® wheel families, is the
SPLINE ® range of wheels. Just like the existing line ups, its name derives from the hub shell-technology it utilizes.
The whole wheel line up is rounded out by the always dependable CLASSIC line. You will find more information
about our wheel families in the catalog. A hot topic right now in our industry is MTB wheel sizes, where we
see yet another size joining the established group of 26 and 29inch wheels: 650b, which intends to combine
the advantages of a 29" wheel with the liveliness and handling of a 26" wheel. At DT Swiss, we have quickly
responded to the demand and are now offering wheels and rims for this newly embraced wheel size. Developing
and manufacturing high end components has always been a core competence of DT Swiss. Our rims have been
revamped for 2013 and proven classics, like the 240s and 350 hubs are now available in a straight pull version.
The new X 313 Carbon and X 313 shocks are the standout news on the suspension side of things. We are proud
to announce the world’s lightest shock featuring innovative technology!

depuis des mois notre équipe travaille beaucoup sur les produits de la collection 2013. C’est avec grand plaisir
que nous vous présentons toutes les nouveautés. Hormis le développement de nouveaux produits, nous
avons restructuré toute la gamme de roues. Aux familles TRICON ® et DICUT ® déjà connues viennent s’ajouter les
familles de roues SPLINE ® et CLASSIC. Tout comme les systèmes existants, le nom est issu de la technologie du
moyeu utilisé. Toutes les informations sont présentées dans le catalogue. Le sujet de discussion actuel et important
concerne la dimension des roues dans le VTT. Un nouveau standard – le 650b – vient se joindre aux standards
déjà présents. Il combine les avantages du 29 pouces et les sensations et la maniabilité du 26 pouces. Chez
DT Swiss nous avons vite reagi en proposant des roues et des jantes au nouveau standard. La conception et la
production de composants haut de gamme a toujours été un des nos points forts. Les jantes ont été revues pour
2013, les moyeux 240s et 350 désormais classiques se déclinent maintenant en version à tirage droit (straight
pull). Et du coté suspensions, les amortisseurs X 313 Carbon et X 313 sont les produits phares, modèle le plus
léger au monde disposant d’une technologie innovatrice dont nous sommes très fiers!

negli ultimi mesi il nostro staff ha lavorato duramente sulla gamma 2013. Siamo dunque contentissimi di presentare
varie novità per la stagione 2013. Simultaneamente allo sviluppo dei prodotti nuovi abbiamo ristrutturato
la gamma delle ruote. Alle conosciute famiglie di ruote TRICON ® e DICUT ® veniamo ad aggiungere la famiglia
SPLINE ® . Uguale alle famiglie esistenti, il nome deriva dalla tecnologia dei mozzi usati. La gamma si completa
con la famiglia CLASSIC. Ulteriori informazioni si trovano nel catalogo. Molto discusso attualmente è il tema
della misura delle ruote MTB. Alle 26 e 29 pollici si aggiunge la 650b che promette di abbinare gli vantaggi delle
29er con il comportamento e la maneggevolezza delle 26". La DT Swiss ha risposto subito, offrendo ruote e
cerchi per il nuovo standard. Lo sviluppo e la produzione dei componenti di alta gamma sono sempre stati delle
meti principali per DT Swiss. Un’attenzione particolare abbiamo dato ai cerchi e ai classici dei mozzi, i 240s e
350, i quali sono ormai disponibili in versione straight pull. Le novità nelle sospensioni sono gli amortizzatori
X 313 Carbon e X 313. Siamo fieri di presentare con la versione Carbon in tecnologia attualissima l'amortizzatore
più leggero del mondo!
