Prices: all prices are per person and 

include Schwarzenstein’s All-Inclusive 

gourmet board. 

Offers: Offers cannot be combined. 

Spa tax: additionally € 1.80 spa tax 

per person and day (from age of 14). 

Arrival and departure: rooms are 

available for occupation from 3pm on 

day of arrival. On day of departure we 

would ask you to vacate your room 

by 11am. Please inform us if you expect 

to arrive after 7pm on day of arrival. 

Single room surcharge: using double 

as single room there is a 60% surcharge. 

Underground garage: all suites and double 

rooms have a reserved parking space 

in the garage. Further parking spaces are 

available at € 7 per day. 

Methods of payment: in cash, by cheque, 

euro cheque card, VISA and MasterCard. 

Domestic animals: Pets are not allowed 

on our premises. 

Cancellation policy: Applied Penalty charges 

(percentage on full cost of vacation): 

• before to 20 days prior to arrival 0% 

• from 19 to 3 days prior to arrival 50% 

• from 2 days prior to arrival 

or anticipate departure 100%
