soutient Madagascar
Une première pour Madagascar : le numéro Un mondial
du Tourisme, Taleb RIFAI, Secrétaire Général de
l’Organisation Mondiale du Tourisme (OMT) a visité
l’Île Trésor, suite à l’invitation du Ministre du Tourisme,
Roland RATSIRAKA.
Son message a été un message de soutien pour maintenir le
tourisme malgache dans le dynamisme du premier semestre :
« … j'ai bon espoir que Madagascar rebondira encore plus fort.
…Dans les bons moments et dans les moments difficile,
nous devons travailler ensemble pour permettre à cette
fascinante activité humaine de contribuer à un Madagascar
meilleur et plus sain.»
Pour le Ministre, la visite du SG de l’OMT est « riche de
signification, donne de l’espoir à tout un peuple et à ceux qui
doutent encore des retombées économique de l’industrie du
Tourisme. C’est un acte fort, une preuve d’amour et de fraternité
pour le peuple malgache ».

Taleb RIFAI, Secretary General of the World
Tourism Organization (UNWTO) visited Treasure
Island at the invitation of Tourism Minister Roland
RATSIRAKA.
His message was one of support to keep Malagasy
Tourism as dynamic as it was in the first half of the year: “I
have great hopes that Madagascar will bounce back even
stronger than before.
…We must carry on together, both in good times
and hard times, so that this fascinating human activity
contributes to a better, healthier Madagascar.”
For the Minister, the UNWTO SG’s visit is « rich in
meaning, gives hope to an entire people and those who still
doubt the economic benefits of the tourist industry. It is a
strong act, a proof of love and fraternity for the Malagasy
people”.
