We create the foundation for a robust and reliable heat press in our<br />
own manufacturing environments. All the components of a CNC<br />
controlled milling and turning machine are made in-house with the<br />
utmost of precision.<br />
We guarantee clean running mechanical components, completely<br />
without squeaks, <strong>by</strong> using high-quality maintenance-free bearings in<br />
our design. Likewise, this also keeps wear to a minimum, so that the<br />
mechanical components continue to run without issues, even after<br />

The modular design of <strong>Fuchs</strong> heat presses generally<br />
lets you replace wear parts easily yourself. However, if<br />
a major repair should become necessary, this will be<br />
done in our workshop in the shortest possible time.<br />
The optimized lever ratios and smooth<br />
bearings facilitate working with very little<br />
effort. This lets you relax during many of the<br />
press operations and keeps your output of<br />
continuously good quality.<br />

HEATING PLATES<br />
CONSIST<strong>EN</strong>CY AND OUTSTANDING OUTPUT.<br />
Our heating plates use exclusively Mikanit surface heaters. The tightly<br />
wrapped heating wires guarantee constant and uniform temperature<br />
distribution throughout the entire surface.<br />
Furthermore, only very high-quality milled aluminum cast plates with<br />
special pre-treatment are installed. These plates promise to apply the<br />
perfect pressure even after years of use.<br />
Each heating plate is equipped with a Teflon surface that can be<br />
replaced anytime.<br />
WORKING PLATES<br />
CUSTOM EQUIPM<strong>EN</strong>T AND EXPANSION OPTIONS.<br />
Each heat press is equipped with a quick-change fixture for a wide range of working<br />
plates. So that you can equip the heat press or expand it to perfectly address any<br />
transfer task you may have. In addition to our standard plates, we are able to<br />
manufacture your particular size.<br />
All working plates are without obstructions all around, which is convenient for easily<br />
pulling over the textiles, preventing the pesky problem of double layers.<br />
10mm-thick silicone rubber and a felt cover give the table the additional extra for<br />
optimized printing results. The cover is for protection and can be removed for<br />
laundering at any time.<br />
Our unique quick-change system with 45° milled guides facilitates changing the<br />
various working plates in just seconds.<br />
ELECTRICAL EQUIPM<strong>EN</strong>T<br />
INTUITIVE AND EASY PRESS OPERATION.<br />
The control units of our heat presses consist exclusively of individual high-quality components. It is<br />
therefore possible to adapt the controls to the customer’s needs without too much effort. Plus, should<br />
repairs ever be required, no need to replace the complete control unit, but only the affected component,<br />
which usually can be done <strong>by</strong> the customer himself without too much effort.<br />

WORKING PLATES<br />
Our unique quick-change system with 45° milled guides facilitate<br />
changing the various working plates within seconds. Each heat<br />
press is equipped with a quick-change fixture for a wide range of<br />
working plates. So that you can build the heat press or expand it in<br />
a way to perfectly address any of your transfer tasks.<br />
All working plates are without obstructions all around, which is<br />
convenient for easily pulling over the textiles, preventing the pesky<br />
problem of double layers. 10mm-thick silicone rubber and a felt<br />
cover give the table the little extra for optimum printing results.<br />
The cover is for protection and can be removed for laundering at<br />
any time.<br />

All working plates of our heat presses are delivered with a very<br />
high-quality and heat-resistant Nomex needle felting.<br />
It has a number of benefits:<br />

HEATING PLATES & TEFLON<br />
PROTECTION<br />
The heart of any heat press<br />
is the heating plate.<br />
Our heating plates use exclusively Mikanit surface<br />
heaters. The tightly wrapped heating wires guarantee<br />
the constant and uniform temperature distribution<br />
throughout the entire surface. Furthermore, only very<br />
high-quality milled aluminum-cast plates with special<br />
pre-treatment are installed. These plates promise to<br />
apply the perfect pressure even after years of use. Each<br />
heating plate is equipped with a Teflon surface that can<br />
be replaced anytime.<br />
Our heating plates are available in the following<br />

Teflon for heating plates.<br />
The anti-static Teflon protection <strong>Fuchs</strong> uses<br />
guards the heating plate against dirt and<br />
debris. The Teflon is held in place with tension<br />
springs so that it always optimally touches<br />
the heating plate. Plates with Teflon films<br />
have the advantage over coated heating<br />
plates that the film can be replaced<br />
cost-effectively once it starts to wear.<br />
